By using the "TRvSystem":
LibRvSystem.SystemPrinter.Orientation := poLandScape; // or poPortrait

need the change for the rave preview tool ...   can ypou also help here ?

There is no separate orientation for preview. Once you set the SystemPrinter.Orientation it will be applied even for preview.
You can check this with the demo (link below) by set the Orientation before Execute then preview:
procedure TForm1.Button1Click(Sender: TObject);
  ReportSystem1.SystemPrinter.Orientation := poLandScape;
