How to scripts object permission for user has in sql2005

Hi,
Is there anyway I can check what specific permissions user have for all objects in database ? I can use sp_helprotect to view the permission for a user but how could I generate a scripts to create the permissions ? I have around 100 tables with multi layer of permissions which I need to deploy in new server and db, db restore and generate sql task script did not generate this script :(
