I have uninstalled Exchange 2010 from the first CAS server in my environment. Now, when I open Exchange Management Console on my Mailbox server and the new CAS/Hub server, I am unable to open Exchange Management Console because it is still pointing to the old CAS server.

I checked ADSIedit and there are no references ton the old CAS server.

I am still able to open EMC on the first Hub server.

Solved my own problem. Looks like the resolution is to use an account that is a member of domain admins.
