I've tried everything I can think of on this. Switching themes, fresh wordpress upload, etc but still having no luck.

http://articles.securitymailbox.com/feed/rss/ shows fine when viewing it in the browser, but when trying to display it in an rss widget in any site just gives the feed not found error.

When I ran it in the validator, it says doctype missing, but where could it possibly be missing that?

A similar problem was fixed by enabling curl and/or shell_exec in php.ini

Those were all enabled. I've been fighting with it for a couple weeks and after going through the posts and removing any bad characters (the ones that look like jibberish when a user pastes from Word) the feed is working if using feedcommander.

It's still not working in the RSS widget right in wordpress, but I wanted to get this question closed.

Thanks for your help.
