Excel 2007 print problem

Have a user who prints to a network printer (HP CP3525), they have set 'Print Gridlines' but as you can see from the attached sample some row and column lines are missing. The page setup and margins are not correct either and look different from the preview.
So far I have installed office SP2 and run a repair on Office.

If I log in as admin on the same PC it prints fine, other clients also print fine.

Can anyone help?

Same PC, but different default printer associated to logged on user. Change user's default printer to your default printer and test.  If user prints ok to your default printer, then problem is most likely the printer driver of the printer he/she was using.

Default printer is same for both logins.
Print driver installed from CD, works OK on 3 other PC's

Try deleting and re-adding the network printer for problem user, using settings of no problem user and see what happens

Got the latest PCL 6 driver from HP

Gave the user admin rights (not sure if this step was necessary)

Deleted the printer and used new driver
