Nexus mgmt0 default gateway???

I am setting up a Nexus 5548 running 5.0(2)N1(1).  I have setup a mgmt0 ip address but cannot figure out how to define the default gateway.  Our mgmt vlan traffic will only be on mgmt0.

I am not familiar with VFR, but I tried:

vfr context management
 0.0.0.0/0 10.C.B.A/22

and I cannot ping it, except directly connected.

How is this done and where does Cisco document this?

Thanks,

You're pretty close.

vrf context management
 0.0.0.0/0 10.C.B.A

Is the router at 10.C.B.A configured and working correctly?

donjohnston,

Yes, the router is config'd correctly.  I can ping the mgmt0 interface from the directly connected L2 switch and from the gateway router but it fails from other vlans.  Tcpdump shows the ICMP request go to the 5548, but no response.

I think this is a vlan problem and not a default gateway problem.  Thank you.
