Replica not replicating

Hello.  Even though I've set this folder to replicate to our new Exchange 2010 server, this error still appears.

Couldn't find an Exchange 2010 or later public folder server with a replica for the free/busy folder: EX:/O=CITY OF NORTH BAY/OU=FIRST ADMINISTRATIVE GROUP.
