IBM Blade Center MT-M8677

I'm trying to get the model name of the fiber switches that are installed in a IBM Blade Center MT-M8677.  I can connect to the management interfaces, but I don't see where it states the model of the switch?  I checked under the "Switch Information" tab, but don't see anything that says "Model"?
