RMAN DUPLICATION FROM COLD BACKUP ERROR

i just took the cold backup from another server and transferred all the data files to same directory and gave rman duplication ...its saying scn missing...

duplicate target database to ERPVIS;

Starting restore at 15-MAR-11
using channel ORA_AUX_DISK_1
using channel ORA_AUX_DISK_2
using channel ORA_AUX_DISK_3

It looks like some file are missing.
can you check with select count(*) from dba_data_files and file you copied.

i took the cold backup, all the datafiles are present, count matched...

i backup up all the archive logs once again and started duplication, its working now, ..thanks
