Exchange 2010 Transitional Upgrade from Exchange 2003 - Remove Exchange 2010

HI,
Need urgent help, INstalled Exchange 2010 as Transitional upgrade into Exchange 2003 & AD 2003 environment.
1st Exchange server 2010 CAS/HUB, 2nd Exchange 2010 MBX server, Failed...anyway spent 24 hours attempting to put it right, since ababdoned and installed 3rd Exchange 2010 server and exchange MBX role failed with "exchangeLegacyDn"

Anyone know how to manually uninstall Exchange 2010 whilst leaving Exchange 2003 intact?
