sp2010-SQL(Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2)
sp2010-SSRS(Microsoft SQL Server 2008 R2 SSRS)

i configer SSRS with sharepoint, so all reports works fine from sp2010-APP server only!!!

NB:
IIS Authentication on sharepoint Settings is NTLM

Try enabling Kernel Mode Authentication on your Sharepoint site.

http://blog.michelbarneveld.nl/michel/archive/2009/11/16/sharepoint-2010-and-kernel-mode-authentication.aspx

And then configure your Sharepoint Services to use NTLM.

1) please check the ULS logs and event viewer logs and check errors.
2) Check  the IIS logs and check for the errors. It's looks like a premission issue.
3) after this you will come to which user requires access on which site.
