An added note. &nbsp;All emails are kept in an Exchange mailbox, not a .pst. &nbsp;Research shows it appears to be a sync problem, i.e outlook has lost its chain of which emails has been read, therefore it wants to download all of them. &nbsp;Is there a way of repairing the exchane mailbox? &nbsp;Is it possible the mail host had a problem?

Exchange and outlook working fine for years. We leave a copy of the email on server. &nbsp;Today a client clicked send/recieve expecting to get todays emails but instead is getting all of his old emails re-downloaded. &nbsp;HELP
