As long as they are the same set up as the KVM (PS/2 + VGA or USB + VGA etc) then I believe they should work. Raritan would likely tell you that you need to use their specially designed slim cables for the best results but there are a number of generic "universal" cables available that say they will work for either brand KVM. I am unable to find any direct compatability information but you could always give Raritan a call
