Hi

Running BES 4.1.7

A user had a problem with his device and needs to be reactivated. Only problem is, he wants all his emails going back about 7 days (hundreds of emails - prob about 600).

Is there anyway we can faciliate this for him?

When you reactivate, set it to save email for 1 week.  That will load a weeks worth of previous e-mails onto the phone as well as current calendar and contacts.
