I have a 2 hour MP4 movie. I want to remove the first 20 min. How can I do this?

Check your DVD burning software as many have a utility for doing this. Otherwise there a many programs that you must pay for. I like the one at https://www.regnow.com/softsell/nph-softsell.cgi?item=17294-105 which cost $35.
