Looking for system that notifies users of contract expiration dates

I'm looking for an application that notifies users of contract expiration dates and contains a link to each spicific contract. We manage contracts for aorganizations and always get hit with contracts that have expired before we become aware of it.

It should run on a Windows server and work with Exchange 2003 and Outlook 2003/07.

Any suggestions

At my company, we use a two tools.

ConnectWise (www.connectwise.com)

and we're also looking at Update Warranty (www.updatewarranty.com)

ConnectWise is a 'full' featured product.... and may be more than you are asking for...

Good luck!
