Repair PST: Alternative to OfficeRecovery.com/Service recommendation?

Based on a posted EE solution, I tried Recovery for Outlook to fix a corrupted PST that scanPST.exe could not fix.  The demo version of Recovery for Outlook could not fix it either, and offered a link to OfficeRecovery.com.  The link offers an analysis of a PST file for $199.  There are no refunds regardless of the outcome.  Reviews of their offered product are not good.  Needless to say, I am skeptical on trying their service.

Does anyone have a recommendation on a PST repair tool or service other than the ones mentioned above?

You can try

Advanced Outlook Repair

at

http://www.datanumen.com/aor/

They offer 100% satisfaction guarantee. There are also some other alternative options at http://www.datanumen.com/aor/compare.htm , but if AOR does not work, then others will not , either.

I just tried this.  The process took a long time and failed in the end.  Disappointing, but trying it on another bad PST to see if I have greater success.  Thank you.

The solution did not solve my particular problem but nevertheless seems to be the best possible solution to try.
