I have a dataset in my C# program.  In the dataset there is a customer table adapter with a query called fillbyJournal.  I would like to use this query as a datasource for a Crystal report.  Currently is has a stored procedure as it datasource but I can't figure out how to keep it from asking for a password when I open it.

Any help would be appreciated!!!

You have to build the report to use a dataset that is passed in.  If you start with a database Crystal remembers that and always wants to login in.

Here is an example

Sorry for the B grade but you don't get an A if I have to dig out the answer from a link.  There is never the exact scenario.

Thanks for the reply.

Since it is against EE rules to copy and paste from a copyrighted source, pasting the link is the appropriate action.

I just asked for information on how to do it.  I wouldn't expect you to break EE rules.

Sorry,
