Looking through log files in $ORACLE_HOME/machine_SID/s<wbr />ysman/log i see:<br />

What is that disable collector and what impact does it have. &nbsp;My dbconsole is not running and it should be.

What is that disable collector and what impact does it have.  My dbconsole is not running and it should be.
