I am using my ip and port to access me VPN (e.g. 77.123.11.23:500).  Can someone help me with the command to execute so I can access it using my public DNS record (e.e. VPN.TEST.COM).

ssl trust-point ASDM_TrustPoint1 outside
webvpn
 port 500
 enable inside
 enable outside
 svc image disk0:/AnyConnect-Windows.pkg 1
 svc enable
 tunnel-group-list enable

If your hostname vpn.test.com already has an a-record in DNS pointing to 11.123.11.23 there is nothing else needed.  Whether your client is using "vpn.test.com:500" or "77.123.11.23:550" to connect to the ASA is only significant to the client and the ASA will never know.
