Hi, Wilder1626.

What sort of form are we talking about: a custom form or a user form?

Hello BlueDeviFan

It is a custom email form with textbox and combobox in it.

Then you're in luck.  Outlook custom forms DO have a date picker control.  Open the form editor then right-click on the control toolbox and select Custom Controls.  Scroll through the list of available controls until you find "Microsoft Outlook Date Control".  If the box isn't checked, then check it.  You should now have a date picker in the toolbox.
