Launch a script as a dependency for an exe

I have a standard program running on the server. Say abc.exe. The program is shared by all users in the domain. How do i launch/run a script xyz.exe everytime the executable(abc.exe) is run by users. It is possible that 2 users invoke abc.exe at the same time. The executables are not services and i dont want to use services to achieve this...Any ideas?

Wrap abc.exe inside another exe so that when it is run it will run the xyz.exe, batch file or if you prefer exe use something like AutoIT to achieve it.
;AutoIT Example Code

#NoTrayIcon

Run('abc.exe')
Run('xyz.exe')
