Double emails on Black Berry

my some of the users are getting Double emails on Black Berry please suggest.

check may be they have configured two rules and alert from the outlook on the mailbox level

Do they have a BIS account that is synchronising via OWA? Is it all emails?

Also, following up on waleeda, there could be a forwarding rule in Outlook or there could be a secondary recipient set up on the server side to forward emails to an external address.

Try checking the service books on the handset and looking for multiple CICAL entries which would point to multiple email addresses active on the handset.

No. Synching from OWA.
No forwarding
No Rules
No Double Entries found in SB.

did you try to replace the BB device with another one? or do reactivation again on the same device?

Are the emails duplicated in the mailbox as well as the BlackBerry?

Open each of the emails, scroll to the top and look at the 'Received Using' entry. Let us know what you see there.
