I have an Access 2003 database that is used to book appointments.  I would like to be able to allow the users to see the a sales persons Outlook Web Access calendar (with no edit permissions).  Can this be done through VBA?

If you'd like to access someone's, remotely, the best way to do it with Exchange 2007 or Exchange 2003 at using Exchange Web services. Here's the website on how to use them:http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/dd877045(EXCHG.140).aspx
