Stop running this script?

Hello Experts...

I have a problem which I can't resolve nor I can find the source of the problem...

Web server: IIS6 ( ASP.NET website)
Client : IE8

everything was working find for more than 2 years on this application, one month ago the attached error starts to appear.

Trying Firefox or chrome is the same...

Any Idea how can I find the source of the problem ?

Thanks in advance...

They claims that no one changed anything on the website on the server side.

I had just tried to browse it on window XP IE6 on VM  and it works! I dont know how to make it work on win 7 IE8.
