yes 10 license key mean 10 individual applications

2) Enterprise Edition having 1 multiple Activation key: How many license i can use ? and i can install and activate this license in multiple system?
yes its a volume licence

3)  Each OS having 10 keys: If i need additional keys means how i can make a request for this?
yes you must have a good reason as msdn is not for production

4) 32bit and 64bit OS having same keys: I can use same keys for 32 & 64 bit OS?
yes the windows key is not bothered if its 32bit or 64bit

you are not meant to use msdn licences in a production enviroment but the licences will not exire :-)
