Hei!
   scenario is as follows:

1. We have a mixture of servers  2008 & 2005 on site A , about 15 of 25 Databases is mirroring
all of the databases is in Principal modus (on this site A)

2. As a test we are going to shutdown all the servers on Site A, and thus on site B which is (mirroring)
will automatically be Principal. ( High safety with automatic failover (synchronous) is implemented.

so far so good.

ON site B we will run a live test for about  2-5 hours. ( site A is still down and will be down during the test)
what will happen when we fire up SITE A..?

will site A automatically be a mirror site?

will all the data be sync?

How do I make site A (the principal) manually one and one or ...any other way.
Must I backup and restore on all the Databases?

Hope this is clarifying
Best regards,

will site A automatically be a mirror site?
Yes, As it is setup as HigSafety, A will be the mirror site.

will all the data be sync?
The data should be in Sync

How do I make site A (the principal) manually one and one or ...any other way.
Must I backup and restore on all the Databases?

Yes, You have to failover the Mirror manually to make site A databases as principle.
No, You need not backup/restore the DB. It will automatically synchronize when the site A is up.
