Wordpress exclude current page from menu

In wordpress I am using the below code to print the relevant menu:

<?php wp_nav_menu( array('menu' => 'Services' )); ?>

How can I make the menu to exclude my current page?

check my answer on this post : http://www.experts-exchange.com/Web_Development/Blogs/WordPress/Q_26889247.html

Check in your theme option (left hand side, under Appearances) the link MENU like this one :

 menu
click on it, then you will get something like this on the right hand side:

menu2
-. make a new menu
-. tick on the pages that you WANT to appear (in this case I left out the FAQ)
-. click Add to Menu

and there you have it, a menu lefting out specific page(s)
