Has anyone seen this overlay menu in Outlook before? It's circled. Trying to figure out what it is and if it can be disabled. Thanks as always Screen Shot of Problem

it shows when you press the ALT key for hotkey commands

Is there a way to disable that hotkey command?

Thanks! There's a program called SharpKeys that can actually let you modify a bunch of hotkeys through a GUI rather than hacking the registry.
