Can a Cisco 1130ag Aironet be a dhcp server..?

We have an Aironet (1130AG) WAP working perfectly (with WPA-PSK). A netgear router does dhcp for any clients connecting to our wireless network.

1) Can we configure the 1130ag to do dhcp instead..?
2) Can it hand out ip addresses of a different subnet and NAT (or is it PAT) them through the netgear..?

for example... the WAP config
ip address: 10.10.0.5
subnet: 255.255.255.0
gateway: 10.10.0.1
dns: 10.10.0.1

Can the WAP hand out addresses 10.10.1.1 - 10.10.1.254 .. and all clients still connect out through the netgear (10.10.0.1)

Any help greatly appreciated..

Mat
