Import apps into Ipad2

Someone emailed me a couple of apps that the file name ends in .ipa. How can I get these running on my ipad2?

Ensure you have iTunes loaded on your system and double click the app attachment from your email. This shall import the app into iTunes. After this it can be pushed to iPad.
