Cell A50 contains the date in the format 15-Mar-2011
Cell C53 contains the time as 11:11

I would like to write a formula in cell H54 that combines these values to read:

15-Mar-11 11:11

I want to be able to use the combined value for calculations later so it cant just be text.

I know I have done this before, but cannot remember how to combine the date and time like this.
