We reset 1 of our users passwords on their blackberry as they had left the company, we now need access to the phone, but somebody has deleted the user from BES and we have forgotten what the password was reset to.

The phone also isnt in the office, so we dont have physical access to it, is there anyway to get the password, wether its possible to reset a password by the PIN from BES or in a log somewhere?

Sorry, no.

Security is the number one consideration on BlackBerry. If anyone could break a password, security wouldn't be up to much. You can wipe the device and set it back to factory defaults so that you can use it elsewhere, but if you want to access the data on the device then it's the password or nothing, I'm afraid.
