Setting up call redirection in Shoretel manager

Hi,

I'm trying to set up some shoretel 230 voip phones and have hit a snag.  Some of the users want some phones in another part of the building to ring if their personal phone is not answered.  I'm very new to this system and have no idea how to accomplish this :(

Advice hugely apprecaited.  The application is shoretel director!
