I have two 2811 routers with two 64MB flash cards.
One router is going to rommon mode and giving me following error with both flash cards:

rommon 8 > dir flash:
Checksum failed on piptom-atafslib-m
Expected checksum: 9338, calculated checksum: ab38
open: file "piptom-atafslib-m" not found
open(): Open Error = -1
loadprog: error - on file open
cannot load the monitor library "bootflash:%piptom-atafslib-m"
                                from device: compact flashdir: cannot open device "flash:"

However other router is booting perfectly fine with those two flash cards without any issue.

If both the flash cards work on another router, it sounds like the flash slot is bad.
