I am have a problem with Outlook 2007 loading up, sending & receiving messages.  I came in Monday and there were no new messages, which I knew was wrong.  Late Monday afternoon I had close out Outlook.  When I restarted it I got all the messages from Friday and the weekend that I had previously expected to find.   Yesterday and this morning, I did not see any new messages.  I did not receive any Synchronization Log message yesterday, but the below was automatically put into my deleted folder this morning.    If I click on the links given in the message it only has messages concerning Office 2007 and 2010.

Check to see if it's in offline mode.  If you don't see any messages click the send/rcv button to see if they come up.  Does the lower right hand corner show that outlook is connected to the Exchange Server
