HI,

I have ann HP9050MFP printer that we need to copy only.  I have removed network connection so the copy option is the only open now.  When you hit copy- start the paper will feed but it does not print out anything.  I have checked all settings and see nothing that is stopping the print.  It is not setup to scan to job or anything that would cause no prints.  I have tried the factory reset and trying to reinitialize the disc.  Does anyone have the answer or ideas on how to get this working?

Thank You

Locate the procedure to print a self-test page (HP's website) while the printer is disconnected and verify that basic printing functions are working properly.

Possibly there is a problem with the scanner. Try getting it to scan to a PC and see what the scan file looks like.

I have it working, I believe the fix was when I did a disk initialiaztion again and a cold reset.  I had done this once but doing this again finally must have set whatever was set wrong back to the right way and now the printer will print copies.
Thank you all for replys
