Need a program that will auto rotate opened programs in Windows 7

We have a system connected to a TV in the office, we have 3 excel files, they are not worksheets in the same excel file. I am needing a program that will rotate through these files at an interval and start over. I have tried a program called autotab by analogX, and it seems to rotate once and then stops.

did you enable "Auto start " under configurations of autotab ?

Yes it will run when windows starts, it will rotate through the opened files once and stop. I am needing it to continusly non stop run through them.
