I normally don't get long hold times for my Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate to open up and finally display in front of me, but recently after I added some add ons, it appears to take an awfully long time. &nbsp;What can I do to make VS 2010 work faster?

I normally don't get long hold times for my Visual Studio 2010 Ultimate to open up and finally display in front of me, but recently after I added some add ons, it appears to take an awfully long time.  What can I do to make VS 2010 work faster?

Visual Studio 2010 takes too long to open
