Only auto-populate from Global Address Book

When I send an email to an email address I've never sent to before, it begins appearing as an auto-populated contact when I write future emails to an address or name that starts with the same characters. How do I fill my auto-populate list with only clients from my exchange 2007 address book? I don't want to see an auto-populate from every person I've ever sent to before, just people within my organization who have a full contact list in my address book. Thanks!

hi,
whenever you send any msg smtp address is being saved in outlook cache profile name.nk2.
Solution 1 # To remove a specific email address

type the email address you wish to clear from the cache until outlook displays it.
select the email address and press the delete button.
All Done

Solution #2 : Another option if you want to delete all addresses in the cache file (outlook.nk2):

Close Outlook
Open Windows Explorer or IE and Paste %APPDATA%\microsoft\Outlook into the address bar.
Delete the file Outlook.nk2 file in this folder
All Done.

This will delete entire cache of outlook.

outlook will recreate the cache next time you open it, and after that whenever you send msg to an email address which you dont want to be saved in cache you can delete that, and keep the cache clear of unwanted smtp.

Hope this helps you.
