Which CPU?

Hi, suppose I have a Intel Core 2 Duo CPU laptop. I wrote a very small C# program.
I just wonder do the CPUs are used or just one when I run the program?

Thanks to the C# .NET JIT compiler, it should be optimized for the dual cores, perhaps not truly multithread aware, but optimized to use both.
