Restarting the print spooler service

Can someone tell me what happens to print jobs when you reset the print spooler service on a print server?  Do any jobs that are already there get lost?

Yes, The print spooler holds all jobs in the que until they are printed. If you restart the spooler, then you lose all the jobs in the que.
