Outlook 2003 in Win 7 user cleared always ask before opening this type of file how do I restore this. There is no longer a "File Types" Tab. There is no Reg Key of  HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\Previewers
 as in Vista.

Go to Folder Options in the Control Panel (Classic View), choose the File Types tab, scroll to and highlight the entry you want to change back,  choose the Advanved button and check the box "Confirm open after download".

To reset all of them globally, read the bottom of this: http://www.winhelponline.com/blog/reset-the-always-ask-before-opening-this-type-of-file-setting/
