getting frs eventid 13562 and the says following is the summary of error >> there are none

i was looking into some minor erors that frsdiag was showing when i noticed in adsiedit that under the ntfrs, it had 2 names of very old dc's that no longer are of this world. So i have removed them. NOW, i can't get one of my servers to come active in ntfrs..  it just show me this error..13562 evientid and does not show me the information that it's supposed to:
Event Type:      Warning
Event Source:      NtFrs
Event Category:      None
Event ID:      13562
Date:            3/16/2011
Time:            3:57:28 PM
User:            N/A
Computer:      DC2K3AD1
Following is the summary of warnings and errors encountered by File Replication Service while polling the Domain Controller dc2k3ad1.egmc.org for FRS replica set configuration information.
here is normally where it tell you what is wrong.. NOTHING

For more information, see Help and Support Center at http://go.microsoft.com/fwlink/events.asp.

this is a 2003 server all patched.. and other than this .. is working fine.. it hold all the roles.

It never get to giving eventid 13516(The File Replication Service is no longer preventing the computer DC2K3AD2 from becoming a domain controller) by the was the shares of sysvol and netlogon are there but no ntfrs replication opccurs from this server to any other, regular ad replication works fine. i have read alot of techdocs.. and cannot get this to comealiive... any thoughts??????

closing ticket... there was a serverReference parameter in adsiedit of the ntds settings under domain -system - File Replication Service - Domain Systems Volume(sysvol) - name of dfs server... that was missing because of the renamed server...that i  deleted..
