Sonicwall TZ170 Restrict Web Features

Hi.  I am working on a Sonicwall TZ170 that is doing web content filtering for a school.  They have a smartboard running Smart Notebook software that has a tab that acts as a web browser that is trying to connect to a specific address that is being blocked with an "Access to proxy server denied" message.

So, I can see in the Content Filtering section on the Sonicwall Web GUI that under Restrict Web Features, "Access to HTTP Proxy Servers" is selected, thus the block. I want to deselect this option and save/apply changes just to see if that fixes the problem, but for some reason when i deselect the checkbox and click Apply, it says "there were no changes made". When I go to another page and back to that one, it is again selected.

Any idea what I need to do to make this config change to test that this is actually the issue? Help is greatly appreciated!

Are you running Enhanced OS?  What about the latest version of the OS?
Have you tried rebooting the Sonicwall and trying to change the setting after that?

Can't run enhanced, client only wants standard. Will try updating GUI to latest version, it is old, very old.  Thanks for the thoughts. Reboot was not helpful btw, had tried that a few times.  Appreciate the help!
