Can't run enhanced, client only wants standard. Will try updating GUI to latest version, it is old, very old. &nbsp;Thanks for the thoughts. Reboot was not helpful btw, had tried that a few times. &nbsp;Appreciate the help!

Hi. &nbsp;I am working on a Sonicwall TZ170 that is doing web content filtering for a school. &nbsp;They have a smartboard running Smart Notebook software that has a tab that acts as a web browser that is trying to connect to a specific address that is being blocked with an &quot;Access to proxy server denied&quot; message.<br />

So, I can see in the Content Filtering section on the Sonicwall Web GUI that under Restrict Web Features, &quot;Access to HTTP Proxy Servers&quot; is selected, thus the block. I want to deselect this option and save/apply changes just to see if that fixes the problem, but for some reason when i deselect the checkbox and click Apply, it says &quot;there were no changes made&quot;. When I go to another page and back to that one, it is again selected.<br />

Any idea what I need to do to make this config change to test that this is actually the issue? Help is greatly appreciated!<br />
