Can you have 2 MX records pointing to the same A-Record

I have a mail server running on MS-Exchange 2003. I have registered an MX-Record (for company1.org) that points to an A-record which translates to a Barracuda firewalls public IP address 212.xx.xx.1xx. Our mail domain is company1.org. We are changing our mail domain to company2.org. I would like a setup such that for a few months, we can recive mails for the 2 domains, through the same firewall since barracuda supports multiple domains so does the exchange. Since the firewall has only single public address, can I register another MX record for company2.org that points to the same A record of 212.xx.xx.1xx? this way, when you send am mail to company2.org, its still routed to my baracuda firewall. From here, I will be able to have the mail delivered to exchange

If you consider a hosting company will host multiple email domains and each domain will need to point the mail to a single or a couple of IP addresses, then that should give you the idea that it is perfectly possible.
