You could use Prnmngr.vbs -l to list all the printers.
See the following information -

To run the batch file on remote boxes to gather your data, download SysInternals tool, PsExec.exe.
The entire suite of tools has a link on Microsoft's site is at:  http://technet.microsoft.com/en-us/sysinternals/bb842062.aspx.  Or a direct link:  http://download.sysinternals.com/Files/SysinternalsSuite.zip

Let me know if you need further direction.

can i list specific printer using prnmngr.vbs instead of listing all the printers? thanks
Prnmngr.vbs -l|find "PutPrinterNameHere"

You will get the following output for a match, and a blank line if nothing is found.
Printer Name PutPrinterNameHere
