Hi all,<br />

I have an excel worksheet which I want to replace.<br />
Basically it's used as a form that is filled in and then printed.<br />
Does anyone know of some software that I could use to create some forms, with text areas, checkboxes etc that can be filled in and then printed out please?<br />
