Is it possible to configure a google app email with Goldmine 6.7 (gmail uses ssl authentication). If yes, How?

I disabled ssl under google app domain settings but I'm still not able to connect

Am I supposed to use different ports or something?

ive got 4 types of authentication to choose from when getting mail -  Pass, apop, spa, msn

for outgoing mail i can choose -  login/plain, spa and msn -  Which do I pick?

Thank you.

Hi,

Yes it is possible, you will need to find and download a small application called stunnel, you have to conifgure with the google details (ssl enabled) and then you configure your email settings in goldmine to have the server as your local machine.

This link should help

stunnel with GoldMine
