rundll32.exe C:\\WINDOWS\\SYSTEM\\MSHTML.DLL,PrintHTML is there a way to figure all the parameters i can pass to printhtml command?  is there any landscape parameters?

There aren't any.

All that will do is pass the content (as you see it) to the printer.  You won't see anything that runs off to the right or off the bottom.  

You'll need to see if you can output it to some other type so you can format it.

like a tif file

More like a PDF or DOC. A tif isn't formattable (is that even a word? lol).
